Through years of thoughtful planning and effort, we have assembled an all star team with the full range of capabilities to properly manage the equipment needs of Dermatology facilities start to finish. From a capability standpoint, we have the training and certifications to manage equipment service and sales for Medical Laser Systems, Mohs and Histology Laboratories, Exam Tables and Chairs, Exam Lights, Autoclave Sterilizers, Microscopes, Electrosurgical Generators, and a full range of aesthetician equipment. What exactly is Amtech Preferred? 

In simple terms, the Amtech Preferred program is our one-stop-shop service plan. Amtech Medical replaces your headache of juggling multiple service vendors for each equipment type in your facility. We can do it all. The Amtech Preferred program is a contractual agreement where you guarantee the entirety of your equipment service to us. In return for the guaranteed service, we provide you with a series of benefits that are unavailable to anyone who is not Amtech Preferred. We manage service based on state and federal regulations to keep your facility compliant with the many different inspection agencies around. We do all that is required, nothing that is not. 

What benefits should I expect as an Amtech Preferred client?

The Amtech Preferred program offers a multitude of benefits unavailable to those outside of the service program. By grouping all of your service into one service plan, we are able to cut our costs on your service, so we return those savings back to you. The full list of benefits include

How do I sign up?

If you are interested in becoming an Amtech Preferred client, signing up is easy. Simply contact us to let us know you are interested. We will set up a time for a tech to come on site to take a complete inventory of your equipment assets. Once we have a complete inventory, we will generate a quote for the annual maintenance portion and send to you for review. We will provide contract term length options as well where the longer you sign up for Amtech Preferred, the steeper your discounts become. Once an agreement is met, you have the option to pay for the annual maintenance in full up front, or you can take advantage of our monthly recurring billing cycle where your total equipment annual maintenance cost will be paid in monthly installments over the course of 12 months. Then you can sit back, relax, and enjoy a breath of fresh air knowing your equipment assets will be fully managed to proper specifications with no nonsense. 

What should I expect ongoing as an Amtech Preferred Client?

  • We manage your annual maintenance schedule so you don’t ever need to think about it. We track past maintenance dates to ensure maintenance is completed on time to keep compliance. We will reach out to you the month prior to maintenance being due to schedule an upcoming date that works best for your schedule. 
  • If your equipment goes down and requires a repair at any point, let us know and a tech will be on site. We provide completely free loaner equipment in the event of lengthy repairs to keep you up and running, even when your equipment is not. (As long as a loaner is available.)
  • We track equipment maintenance and repair services ongoing and keep a detailed record of your equipment service. We can use this data to help you analyze costs and identify problematic equipment trends. In those instances we offer user training to help teach and inform users or proper care to prevent equipment damage. Or, maybe we learn that an individual equipment piece is problematic and that it would be more cost effective to move onto something different. Either way that decision is yours to make. 
  • If you are in need of new equipment, we’ve got your back. We sell both new and refurbished equipment complete with full coverage warranties. We also offer a full range of equipment parts and accessories as needed. All refurbished equipment and parts sales are of course discounted as an Amtech Preferred client.
