Description

The ConMed EzLink Automatic Activation Device is a remote activation device designed to automate smoke evacuation for Buffalo Filter surgical smoke evacuators. When used with electrosurgical units (ESUs), the EZLink01 automatically turns smoke evacuators on as soon as the ESU is activated and off when it stops, eliminating the need for manual control and improving workflow efficiency.

By synchronizing smoke evacuation with electrosurgery activity, this device helps extend filter life and reduce unnecessary noise and wear on the evacuator — saving consumable costs and enhancing overall OR performance. It is compatible with current Buffalo Filter surgical smoke evacuation systems such as VisiClear, Porta PlumeSafe, and ViroVac models.
