Refund and Returns Policy

At Amtech Medical, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
• Items must be in their original packaging (when applicable).
• Refurbished items are not eligible for return.

Note: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless the item is defective, damaged, or covered under warranty.

Refunds

You may request a refund if:

• The item is broken, cracked, or damaged and cannot function.
• The item is missing parts.
• The item does not operate as described.
• The item you received is not what you ordered.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or card provider. Please allow up to 90 days for full processing.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need the same item exchanged:

Shipping Costs

• You are responsible for your own return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
3. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
